Both programs are designed for youth athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident in their sport, regardless of current level. I look for athletes who are coachable, willing to work, and have a clear season or goal coming up (tryouts, club season, showcase, etc.). On our initial call, we'll talk through age, sport, schedule, and goals to decide whether 8 vs. 12 weeks makes the most sense.
1v1 coaching is fully customized with more individual feedback and tailored progressions. Group sessions offer high-quality coaching in a small group, more energy, slightly less individual time, and a lower price point.
Most consistent athletes see clear gains in strength, speed/acceleration, conditioning, and confidence. We test in week 1 and retest at the end so you see progress in actual numbers, not just "feel."
Typically, 1-2 coached sessions per week (45-60 minutes) plus 1-2 short "homework" sessions they can do at home or with their team. We schedule around school, practices, and games so training supports-- not overloads-- their routine.

It has been a pleasure working with Shelby, a 26-year-old athlete, and watching her confidence grow through both tennis and boxing. What started as a tennis-focused journey expanded into a stronger, more well-rounded athletic development experience once she discovered a new love for boxing, and the results have been outstanding.
